Osceola County*On August 29 at approximately 1:40 a.m., members of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Community Response Team were conducting survelliance on various construction sites near Westside Boulevard in Kissimmee. Deputies observed a brown Dodge pick up truck with a white box trailer leave the Paradise Palms construction site and conducted a traffic stop. Deputies confirmed the trailer was stolen from Arfts Electric Company in Oviedo. The total value of the trailer and equipment and materials including copper wire and tools was $7,500.
After interviewing the suspects John Doe (suspect did not have identification and would not confirm his name) (DOB 3/31/85) and Juan Carlos Siavichay (DOB 7/7/79) from Orlando, both were arrested and charged with Burglary, Grand Theft and Tresspassing on a Construction Zone. They were taken to the Osceola County jail with no bond.
