Osceola County * Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies with the Community Respnse Team arrested a suspect for lewd & lascvious charges at Partin Triangle Park on Neptune Road in Kissimmee. On September 26 at approximately 2:10 p.m., undercover deputies received information about lewd acts at the park bathroom.
Upon arrival, deputies observed a Department of Transportation (FDOT) truck drive into the park. A Florida Department of Transportation employee, later identified as Robert Lorenz (DOB 11/17/54), was seen performing a lewd act behind the vehicle. Lorenz then walked into the men’s bathroom and motioned for the undercover deputy to follow him inside. Both walked into the bathroom and Lorenz exposed himself, began performing a lewd act and attempted to grab the undercover deputy. The undercover deputy pushed Lorenz away. Lorenz was arrested and charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs and Lewd & Lascvious Behavior.
He was taken to the Osceola County jail on $1,000 bond. The truck was released to FDOT authorities.
