Osceola County * Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives have identified the victim in the Jersey Avenue murder-suicide as 44-year-old Brenda Joyce Hilliar. suspects involved in more than 30 burglaries in the Quail Ridge, Amberly Park, Quail
