Chalifoux closes on land for $100M mixed-use project

Developer and general contractor Thomas Chalifoux closed on 37 acres in Poinciana for a proposed $100 million mixed-use project.
Chalifoux, owner of Kissimmee-based Chalifoux Management Group, plans to build Poinciana Parke, a 450,000-square-foot development with about 150,000 square feet of office space and 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
