The race is on now. Can it get completed by Christmas?
After years of disappointment and frustration, the residents of Poinciana finally have an opportunity to come together for a landmark moment later this month: the groundbreaking ceremony for the new, larger Poinciana Post Office.
The ceremony will be Tuesday, March 25 at 10 a.m. at 4774 San Remo Road in Poinciana. U.S. Rep. Adam Putnam, R-Bartow, who played in instrumental role in convincing the U.S. Postal Service to speed up this project, will be on hand for the ceremony.
