Deputies Arrest Suspect for Sexual Battery

Osceola County - On March 13, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies took a report in reference to a sexual battery. Deputies spoke with a 16-year-old female who indicated she and her mother had been receiving massages from Alexis Galindez at his residence, 104 Lindenwood Lane in Kissimmee.

The victim indicated on this occasion Galindez performed a lewd act on her while she was laying on the massage table. After she and her mother left she told her father and they reported the incident to law enforcement.

Based on the information provided by the victim, Galindez was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail. Galindez owns Relaxing Touch, LLC a business registered with the state.. The Osceola County Code Enforcement Department was notified that Galindez does not have an occupational license.
