Osceola County – On June 27 at approximately 7:40 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies received information about a possible grow house operation on Bradford Court in Poinciana. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Aviation Unit observed what appeared to marijuana plants in the backyard.
On June 28, deputies with the Narcotics Enforcement Team obtained a search warrant for 19 Bradford Court. A search of the residence revealed 17 marijuana plants in the backyard. The homeowner, Edwin Delvalle was arrested and charged with Cultivating Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
