Osceola County, Florida – As part of the ongoing road widening project on Poinciana Boulevard, traffic will be shifted between Crescent Lakes Way north to US 17/92 on Wednesday, December 22nd and Thursday, December 23rd, weather permitting.

Currently all traffic is configured on the recently-constructed southbound lanes. This final phase of construction will consist of shifting the northbound traffic from the southbound lanes to the newly-constructed northbound lanes.

Northbound traffic will be configured on the outside northbound lanes; southbound traffic will be configured on the outside southbound lanes. The inside lanes will be closed in order to allow the contractor a safe work zone to complete median construction.

Variable Message Boards (VMBs) will be located at either end of the work site; motorists are urged to use caution when approaching these areas.
