Osceola County * Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lilia Serrano Lugo (DOB 4/5/59) after a district manager with 7-Eleven convenience stores called to report money missing from the store.
Today at approximately 10:50 a.m., Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 7-Eleven located at 7893 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee in reference to grand theft. The district manager with 7-Eleven told deputies he confronted Lugo, a store manager, after he noticed cash deposits were either missing or late from the store.  He confronted Lugo about the incidents and she admitted to stealing money on and off for over two years. According to the district manager, Lugo told him she needed the money for late mortgate payments and lawyer fees.
Deputies interviewed Lugo and based on information she provided,  she was arrested and charged with Grand Theft (F.S.S. 812.014-2b1). Lugo was transported to the Osceola County jail where she is being held on $2,500 bond.lugo_lilia-serrano42007.jpg


Osceola County * The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Tourist Policing Unit detectives located and arrested Jimmy Andrial (DOB 7/2/84) who they link to at least 2 burglaries and possibly as many as 30 residential short term rental home crimes in Osceola County. On April 19, Tourist Policing detectives received information Andrial, who was previously arrested for burglary but released on bond, might be in DeBary, Florida. In conjunction with Volusia County officials, Osceola detectives tracked Andrial to a residence at 342 Lake Crescent Drive. He was found hiding in the attic. A search of the home uncovered three firearms including a pistol with laser sight, rifle and semi-automatic assault rifle. Detectives also recovered approximately $25,000 worth of stolen property including 10 laptop computers, jewelry, watches, DVD players, computer equipment a 50” television, phones, I-pods and 2 ATV vehicles (stolen from Orange County). Most of the serial numbers on the electronic equipment had been removed. They also seized a Cadillac Escalade. In addition, an 800 megahertz scanner with several different Central Florida police agency channels programmed was also found. Andrial was charged with Burglary, Resisting without Violence, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Cocaine, Grand Theft and Dealing in Stolen Property. He was booked into the Volusia County jail. Tourist Policing Unit detectives and other surrounding agencies continue to investigate and will be working to contact the victims of the stolen property.

reyes_ricardo-gines420.jpgOsceola County * Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies from the Community Response Team located and arrested Ricardo Gines Reyes (DOB 10/4/78) for a stabbing incident that occurred on April 19, 2007.

On April 19, 2007, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Home Suite Home, 5565 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim found sitting outside Room 510. The victim indicated he was visiting a female acquaintance and co-worker in her room when she called someone on her cell phone. Shortly after her phone conversation, someone knocked on the door. When she opened the door, a man ran into the room armed with a knife and began stabbing the victim multiple times in the neck, arm, shoulder and back. The victim suffered multiple stab wounds and was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando. The suspect fled the area, but was located several hours later in the front parking area of a nearby hotel. Reyes was charged with Attempted Murder (F.S.S. 782.051), Battery (F.S.782.04-1a1) and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon (F.S.S. 784.045-1a2).
